In retail it is essential to promote to your strengths, which is why all our marketing resources are aimed at supporting and reinforcing the independence of our members, with a specific focus on custom design and manufacture.

• We provide a huge range of resources covering all areas of jewellery retailing, including marketing, merchandise, product knowledge, human resources, training, business planning and more. Most of these resources are available through our business college and website, and also within our hands-on training sessions.

• Over 100 Nationwide members have attended our one-day Retail Jewellery Business Management Course. The ten modules within this course cover the key aspects of retail science that are essential for increasing market share and profitability in these difficult trading conditions. The course is valued at over $5,000, but is free for members.

• Our Antwerp marketing programme delivers substantial increases in diamond sales, using our comprehensive Antwerp marketing plan and resources that have delivered many millions in additional diamond sales for our members. This includes two members who made pre trip diamond sales of over $200,000. Over the last 20 years our members have collectively made in excess of 1,000 trips to Antwerp.

• We have two graphic designers that work in our head office. Alongside our industry specific marketing team, they are available for all our members to help build marketing support for campaigns, displays, sales, and pretty much any design needs that a member might have.

• Our new digital platform launched in late 2019, provides websites that can be personalised to suit the members’ business. This platform allows members to feature and sell their own stock in their online shop. They can also create and build supporting eCatalogues.

• Our trademarked Custom Design Jewellers programme also helps generate additional business in makes and remodeling, by promoting members own custom design pieces through our website and socials.This service is ranked Number #1 in Google's organic search results. We guarantee that members will be financially better off with our group trade discounts and no fees structure. At Nationwide, we work hard to help our members in all aspects of their business and we would welcome the opportunity to show what we could do to assist.

Over 200 of the major suppliers to the industry offer increased discounts and exclusive deals to Nationwide members, including several Antwerp based diamond sight holders.

Absolutely nothing. A membership with Nationwide is entirely for free. None of the fees charged by other groups - no joining fees, administration fees, agency fees, technology fees. And no security deposits. We do not charge rates or fees of any kind.

We consider applications from any Jewellery store, including those that specialise in design and manufacture, providing they are not too close to an existing member. Our infrastructure (team of industry experts, extensive resources, and technology systems) allows us to effectively deliver our range of benefits and services to most retailers in the jewellery industry, including the 450 plus existing shops within our group.
